Tess is a Northern California Native, having grown up in the Silicon Valley and working in the Tech Industry. After graduating from Prospect High School in Saratoga, she attended CSU Sacramento.

Tess has been a resident of the Greater Sacramento Area since 2011, which has given her a thorough understanding of this market as she has seen firsthand its dynamic growth and massive change over the years.

After launching her real estate career, Tess earned the prestigious award of “Rookie of the Year” for the Keller Williams Folsom market center. Since then, she has consistently been a top performer in the real estate market, and has earned the respect of being a leader in the industry. She believes in embracing her knowledge of relocation, investing, purchasing and selling real estate to ensure she advises her clients in the highest level possible.
