As licensed real estate Broker, Sarah Strickland operates as the Director of Transaction Coordination for the SC Real Estate Team. Sarah functions as a liaison between the real estate agents for both parties, clients, escrow companies and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale. Creating timelines, monitoring and assessing the progress of the sale, so that important deadlines are met, and contingencies are released are just a small portion of what Sarah does. Her ultimate goal is to make sure the transaction runs smooth and closes with all necessary paperwork complete and to be able to provide advice and support for those involved with the transaction.
